TP6/V Vertical Axial Component Former
The TP6V Vertical Axial Component Former is designed to cut & bend taped Axial Components with Lead Diameters of 0.5mm to 1.3mm.
TP6/V Vertical Axial Component Former:
The TP6V Vertical Axial Component Former is designed for cutting and bending taped Axial Components for vertical mounting. The TP6V Axial Component Forming Machine is manufactured in two versions.
Version one of the TP6V Axial Component former (TP6/V/1, 3, 4 & 5) are for components with a lead diameter from 0.5-0.8mm (0.019-0.031″).
Version two of the TP6V Axial Component Forming Machine (TP6/V/21, 22 & 23) are for components with a lead diameter from 0.8-1.3mm (0.031-0.051″).
The bending pitch on the TP6V Component Former is determined by the bending cam supplied and can be changed by replacing the cam with one off the different thickness. To be specified on ordering. Both of these version have different fixed pitch capacities – see the tables below.
