TP6/V-PR Vertical Axial Component Former:

The TP6/V-PR Vertical Axial Component Former is designed for cutting and bending taped axial components for vertical mounting with a lead diameter from 0.5-0.8mm (0.019-0.031″). 2 Versions of the TP6/V-PR Axial Component Forming Machines are available as below.

TP6/V-PR/1 (MOL86.OL01):
The TP6/V-PR/1 Axial Component Former is suitable for Cutting, Bending and Forming Taped Axial Components for vertical mounting. The standard form locks the components into the PC Board. Almost all dimensions are adjustable and suitable for lead diameters of 0.5mm to 0.8mm.

Special versions can be manufactured on request to form leads with different dimensions. It is also possible to eliminate the preforming and only operate the “V” bend of components.

Note: The minimum length of the lead between the body and the tape must be at least equal to the length of the body plus 15mm.

TP6/V-PR/2 (MOL86.OL02):
The TP6/V-PR/2 Axial Component Former is suitable for Cutting, Bending and Forming Taped Axial Components for vertical mounting. The standard form locks the components into the PC Board. Almost all dimensions are adjustable and suitable for lead diameters of 0.5mm to 0.8mm.

Special versions can be manufactured on request to form leads with different dimensions. It is also possible to eliminate the preforming and only operate the “V” bend of components.

Note: The minimum length of the lead between the body and the tape must be at least equal to the length of the body plus 18mm.
