The KS-W001 Belt Feed Cut & Strip Machine will process wires up to approx. 15mm O.D with stripping lengths up to 250mm.

The KS-W001 Belt Feed Cut & Strip Machine offers an excellent range of processing capabilities with wire sizes up to approx. 15mm OD and stripping lengths up to 250mm.
The KS-W001 Cut & Strip Machine adopts feed belts instead of normal steel feed rollers so that there is no damage caused to the jacket of the wires. The output rollers lift up automatically to allow a longer stripping length to the leading end of the wire and to reduce stripping resistance. The feeding roller distance and pressure can all be adjusted via the Touch Screen Display.
The KS-W001 Automatic Cutting & Stripping Machine is able to process a maximum of 3 Layers and each stripping layer can be set via the Touch Screen Display. An optional 1.5m Conveyor Belt can also be purchased for this machine however this must be ordered at the same time as the machine and cannot be added to the machine at a further date.
