KS-T882T Insulated Ferrule Strip & Crimp Machine:

The KS-T882T Insulated Ferrule Strip & Crimp Machine has been specifically engineered for efficient processing of Insulated Ferrules from 0.25-4mm². The integrated design combines wire stripping, twisting and crimping into a single automated workflow which significantly reduces processing time and costs.

The KS-T882T Stripping and Crimping Machine features a built-in miniature vibrating plate that automatically feeds the terminals into the crimping position, eliminating the manual terminal handling. Equipped with an intuitive colour touch screen interface, this Stripper Crimper allows direct parameter adjustment for Stripping Depth, Stripping Length and Twisting Force. The programmable memory function stores processing parameters for different wire sizes and terminal combinations, enabling a quick changeover between products with one-touch parameter recall.

The KS-T882T Ferrule Strip & Crimp Machine comes supplied as standard with tooling to suit Insulated Ferrules between 0.25mm² and 0.5mm². Additional Ferrule Feeding Jigs are available to suit Ferrule Sizes 0.75-1.5mm² (MCKS-T882T.1) and 2.5-4.0mm² (MCKS-T882T.2).
