KS-H220 Heat Shrink Tube Processing Machines

The KS-H220 Heat Shrink Tube Processing Machines are designed to automatically heat shrinkable tubing which is widely used in the wire harness processing industry. Both the upper and lower sides of the heating area are equipped with infrared heating tubes so that the heat shrinkable tubing is evenly heated. The temperature of the heating zone can be adjusted and the rugged design allows it to work 24 hours a day.

These Heat Shrink Tube Processing Machines adopt the method of local heating meaning it will only heat the part of the wire/cable that contains the shrinkable tubing and no other parts of the wire/cable which is beneficial to protect your product, especially the occasion where the product itself is not suitable for heating.

The Heat Shrink Tube Processing Machines are equipped with a conveyor belt, the operator only needs to place the wires/cables onto the conveyor belt and this will then be pulled into the heating area and dispensed at the end of the heating process which helps keep the operator away from the risk of scalding.
