The KS-A204 Automatic Wire Harness Wrapping Machine accepts tape up to 20mm wide and wire diameters of up to 40mm. This Tape Wrapping Machine is capable of working in 3 different modes; Full Wrapping, Point Wrapping and Multi-Segment Wrapping modes. This tape wrapping machine has 5 speed settings with 1 being the minimum speed and 5 being the maximum.
Tape Width:
The Tape Width is generally 20mm. The width setting will directly affect the wrapping density. The smaller the width of tape, the larger the overlapping surface is. The larger the width of tape, the smaller the overlapping surface will be.

Tape Wrapping Modes
Full Wrapping Mode:
Select “Full Wrapping” Mode in the Touch Screen Display. Press the foot pedal to start the operation. Then press “Wheel Closure Switch”, the machine will then operate at full speed and stops the operation when the foot pedal is released.
Point Wrapping Mode:
Select “Point Wrapping” Mode in the Touch Screen Display. Enter the number of cycles you want, press on the foot pedal to start the operation. The machine will not stop until the number of cycles has been reached without pressing the foot pedal.
Multi-Segment Wrapping Mode:
Select “Multi-Segment Wrapping” Mode in the Touch Screen Display and then press Multi-Segment Setting. 50 Segments are provided for setting. You can set the segments according to your length of wire. You should set as required and the remaining left. Press the foot pedal, the machine will stop automatically after the first segment is completed. Press the foot pedal again and then the machine will complete the second segment and so on. After the last segment is completed, press reset to start the production of the next piece.
