The KS-H200D Desktop Heat Shrink Tunnel is an Economical Heat Shrink Processing Machine widely used in the wire harness processing industry adopting infrared heating tubes with the max temperature reaching 200°C.
The interior of the heating zone is filled with thermal insulation materials to isolate the internal and external temperatures and there are heat reflective materials inside so that the heat shrinkable tubing is heated evenly.
This Heat Shrink Tunnel is equipped with a conveyor belt which allows unlimited length of heat shrink tubing to be process and also the height of the inlet and outlet can be adjusted to the size of your product. The operator is only required to place the wires on the conveyor belt, then the wire can be sent through the heating area and out of the back of the machine keeping the operator away from risk of scalding.
