Sumake Smart Air Screwdrivers

The Smart Air Screwdrivers from Sumake Industrial Co is based on the original MCL Cross Switch Motor, the new Upgraded Patent Tornado Motor provides 60% more torque and 30-40% less counterforce than the original MCL Motor in previous Air Screwdrivers. Noise levels of 67-72(+/-2)dBA has decreased by 5-6dBA than the older MCL motors which not only prevents the operators from hearing damage but also meets industrial regulations.

With special mechanical design and new version of the MCL Torque Control System, the Sumake Smart Pneumatic Screwdriver meets ISO5393 B Class CPK value Torque Deviation Request (CPK value > 1.33). Such patent MCL Torque Control System features low vibration (<2.5m/s2), torque repetitive accuracy +/-2% and wider torque ranges.

The operator can now quickly switch to reverse direction by simply pressing the reverse button without lifting the Screwdriver away from the work piece.

The new Patent Mechanical Torque Value Display U Window allows for easier reading of the torque setting and adjustment.

General reverse buttons on screwdrivers are piston driven types when the operators have to press harder when the air pressure increases. The Sumake Patent Floating Button is easy to press whatever the air pressure is.
