TP/LN-100 Radial Component Cutting Machine:

The TP/LN-100 Pneumatic Radial Component Cutting Machine is used to cut the leads of Loose Radial Components with lead diameters of 0.3mm to 1.0mm. Designed to adapt to a very wide range of Radial parts, the upper stationary plate determines the cutting height (standard 3.2mm). The cutting area on the standard cutting plate is 45mm x 54mm.

Additional Cutting Plates to increase the cutting height can be supplied on request and start at a height of 0.5mm. The Pneumatic Foot Pedal controls the stroke of the lower plate, which performs a quick cut of the leads without any stress to the components. The plates have a standard grid pattern to accommodate most types of components.

Plates with a special grid pattern or a particular diameter can be provided on request. Lateral cuts at most common pitches allow for the easily handling of any deformed leads.
