The TP/R-PR-AS Radial Component Former is a very versatile machine for cutting and forming taped radial components with leg diameters of 0.4mm to 1.0mm.
TP/R-PR-AS Radial Component Former:
The TP/R-PR-AS Radial Component Former is a very versatile machine for cutting and forming taped radial components with leg diameters of 0.4mm to 1.0mm. Foot pedal operation which controls the down stroke of the cylinder that moves the upper die, which cuts and forms the component leads. The tape is manually fed into the die, the correct position for the components is obtained by a front pin, which can be adjusted depending on the size of the components.
The die assembly model SMS is equipped with a wire holder which keeps the leads firmly in place, which helps to avoid any damage to the leads.

Option 4: 15.0mm Tape Pitch – 110V Machine (MOL90.OL13)
