The PW10 Toroid Pull Winder is an air operated manual coil winder for toroids. The machine reduces winding times and operator fatigue. It is fitted with a automatic turns counter. The continuous tension ensures tightly wound coils and highly polished winding needles eliminate damage to insulation.
The PW-10 incorporates several unique safety features. It is simple to operate with a variable speed stroke movement. Cores from 8mm to 160mm in diameter can be wound by the PW-10 and it is suitable for single wires up to 3mm diameter and bifilar up to 1.6mm diameter. The machine fits to any standard workbench and has an air requirement of 4-6 Bar.

LCR80 Large Core Rotator
Is designed to fit on the PW-10 Pull Winder to assist in winding cores. The core is loaded into the rotator and is indexed manually thus allowing the operator to have a free hand. The core is retained by three rollers, the rear of which is sprung loaded. The quick release handle is mounted on a slide which allows the pressure on the core to be varied. This table is easily fitted to any PW-10 toroidal pull winder.
