This new Cut, Strip, Twist & Solder Tinning Machine is capable of processing up to 8 wires at one time. The KS-W114 Cutting, Stripping, Twisting & Solder Tinning Machine can also be run as a Cut & Strip Machine without Twisting and Tinning each end.

The KS-W114 Wire Cut, Strip, Twist and Tinning Machine is driven by Mitsubishi Servo Motors and SMC Pneumatic Cylinders so that the Cutting, Stripping, Twisting, Fluxing and Tin Soldering positions can be precisely controlled. This machine can also be customised to process ribbon cables and flat multi-core cables. The Solder Wire is fed into the solder pots automatically and the built in fume extractor will extract the smoke from the solder to ensure the working environment is good for health.
