KS-T501 Automatic Cut, Strip and Crimp Machine:

Introducing the New KS-T501 Automatic Cut, Strip and Crimping Machine. This new machine is relatively compact and lightweight making this machine easy to move. The KS-T501 Cut, Strip and Crimp Machine delivers and extraordinary wide range of applications, simple handling and increased productivity. The Crimp Applicator is manufactured to suit the customers’ crimp terminals (we will require photos/datasheets for each crimp terminal). This Cut, Strip & Crimp Machine will cut and strip both ends of the wire and also crimp on the trailing end. This machine is capable of processing up to 5000pcs per hour. The Cutting & Stripping Length, along with the Crimping Force are controlled by a stable system and all parameters are saved in the LCD Operating Screen.

Crimping applicators can be manufactured to suit both side feeding crimp terminals and rear feeding crimp terminals. If you already have a Crimping Applicator (JST, Molex, AMP etc) please contact us regarding having this machine modified to suit your applicator.
