Twin wheel stripper for 28 awg to 45 awg (0.09 - 0.002mm2) fine magnet, enamel and film insulated wires. Removes insulation from round and small section rectangular wires. Insulations including varnish, ML, isonel, Formvar, polyester, can be stripped. A variety of grades and sizes of stripping wheels are available for different applications and it is possible to strip several wires at one time.
Two cylindrical high speed rotating Fybrglass stripping wheels generate frictional heat and soften insulation on wires being stripped. The "nap" of the wheel brushes the insulation away.
Stripping is quick and safe, the conductor surface is left polished with no risk of contamination or flattening.
