  TP/R-PR
CUTTING & FORMING MACHINE FOR TAPED RADIAL COMPONENTS

 
The model TP/R-PR is a very versatile machine for cutting and forming taped radial components.

Foot pedal operation which controls the down stroke of the cylinder that moves the upper die, which cuts and forms the component leads.

The tape is manually fed into the die, the correct position 
for the components is obtained by a front pin, which can 
be adjusted depending on the size of the components.

The die assembly model SMS is equipped with a wire holder which keeps the leads firmly in place, which helps to avoid any damage to the leads.

The AS1 is an automatic system which attaches to the machine which increases the production.
 
The driving wheel moves step by step stopping the tape 
during the preforming operation. It can be used to adapt 
the two most common hole pitches on the component tapes 12.7 and 15mm 

It is possible to obtain different pitches and special forms by supplying Series 4 with drawings and specification.
