  RT-7000 - LARGE TAPE DISPENSER
DISPENSES TAPE UP TO 60mm WIDE

The new RT-7000 is an electronic tape dispenser for wider tapes with the same functionality as the RT-5000.

It accepts tape widths from  5mm up to 60.0mm wide, 10mm wider than the RT-5000 machine.

The built in counter allows for either dispensing a set number of strips of material or to keep up with the number of pieces dispensed by the operator.

Dispensing non-adhesive material without an operator is possible!

It cuts lengths from 2mm up to 999mm.

This Unit includes a built in "pull-out" extra support bracket for large case sealer rolls of tape (pictured right).

Suitable materials that this unit can cut are cellophane tape, masking tape, wool tape, pp tape, double-faced tape, tube, ribbon, insulation paper, pressure sensitive tape, small equipment wire, heat-shrink tubing, even labels and ribbon as well as other non-sticky materials.

The control Panel with 4 digit LED display is easy to use and has the following functions:

A Set A: Adjust the tape length (cm)
B Set B: Adjust the tape length (mm)
C SELECT: Set the tape length and cut piece figure, operate P,L mode
D FWD (forward): Feed the tape forward
E START: Feed tape and cut automatically or manually
F REV (reverse): Rewind the tape away from cutting area
H AUTO/MANUAL: Change the operating mode to auto or manual
I LED: Displays the length of the tape
