Digital Force Gauge

The SH Series Digital Push Pull Gauge with Remote Sensor offers a new efficient generation of push pull testing and is ideal for using with our SJV-5K Test Stand for larger capacity testing or for your own application. The 5000N Gauge is the maximum size in this series that is compatible with the SJV-5K Test Stand, although the SH Digital Gauge is available separately in capacities of up to 1000KN for heavy industrial test applications. The SH Force Gauge has a very high resolution and accuracy as well as many other useful features.

Features include:

External sensor for large capacity test purposes

High accuracy - (+/-0.5%)

High resolution - the lower capacity gauges (1KN) are capable of displaying a minimum load of 0.05N

Peak hold - hold the peak value in test

Peak hold and automatic reset (after selected time between 1 - 10 seconds resets to zero)

Auto power off - after set time

The display is a high resolution easy to read panel capable of showing 3 different force measurement modes obtained by a simple push button interface (pictured left). The display also shows battery power, memory test value, average value, peak value (if in peak hold mode) and unit of measurement. The force gauge and sensor comes supplied in a separate carrying case each with a variety of adaptors for common test applications (5 measuring tips are supplied in total with the gauge and additional adaptors with the sensor) and extension shafts. The kit also includes an AC Adaptor, Fixing Screws, Instruction Manual, Calibration Certificate and CD.

The SH Gauge is available up to a maximum force of 1000KN.

The RS-232 port allows for various testing data to be printed including the maximum and minimum values, average value and qualifying/failure values.

A comprehensive user manual is supplied on CD and also software for data transfer.
