AUTOMATIC STRIPPER CRIMPER FOR WIRE END FERRULES

The MC25 STRIPPER/CRIMPER will strip PVC flexible insulated cables and crimp insulated end sleeves complying with DIN 46228 Part 4 from 0.20 - 2.5mm2 with a set strip length of 8mm.


THE CYCLE TIME FOR THIS OPERATION IS 1.5 SECONDS.

Simply insert the wire into the wire entry hole and a sensor automatically operates the stripping blades and crimping functions.

Change over for different wire and ferrule sizes can be achieved in approximately 10 seconds due to the quick change feeding and stripping tooling.

Feeding blocks and stripping tooling for 0.5 - 2.5mm2 ferrules are supplied as standard with the MC25.
