  EXM-2 - COILING PANS FOR LONG CABLES
 COILS CABLES INTO HANKS AFTER PROCESSING

 
The EXM-2 Pan System utilises dual coiling pans which are controlled by an electronic sensor in an alternating cycle.

The operator picks up the coiled cable in one tray whilst the other is filling.

The unit works independently of any cut & strip
machine or can be linked via cable allowing continuous operation with total control speed etc. 

Coiling pans producing finished coils from 150mm ~ 450mm diameter depending on pan size ordered and position of pins within the pan area.
