This useful tool twists wire loops for taps and skeins lead ends for safety in wire termination, plus it reduces open circuit problems with wire endings. It is simple and easy to use and indispensable in the winding shop. It fits neatly in the palm of the hand. A simple squeeze of the trigger produces a multiple of twists in the wire loop. The operator can squeeze the trigger as many times as is required and, unlike electric versions, it is virtually impossible to under or over twist the wire. This new version is made from tough moulded plastic and is around half the weight of previous die cast versions. |
